If you have those all charectersitics then just insert your alternate email address and your email provider will send you the forgotten email address password to the specified alternate email address.

First solution for alternate email address is to always use an alternate email address of different email provider than those in which you are currently trying to create an account.

Like if you create an account on gmail then give your windows live hotmail as an alternate email account.
