Conclusion on Move emails - We can change our email provider whenever we want to change but if we want to move email from one mail provider to another. It is not easy.

I am using email account on various email provider like windows live hotmail, yahoo mail and gmail, Now i want to use only one email account because managing all the email address looks pretty difficult for me. Is there any solution which i can use and move my all emails from other email address to the one email address? If yes then how can i do this i need this solution soon, everyday i am getting lots of emails which is also important for me.

It is possible but i am not sure all the email provider support this or not. It totally depends
on the email provider in which you have email account whether they support email forwarding or not.

Yes i used the word “forwarding” with the email provider automatically forward your incoming emails to another email account.

But this solution has some limitations also like yahoo mail, and windows live
hotmail also give the permission to forward the email to their own email address.

Which means if you are a yahoo mail user then you only can forward emails to another email address of yahoo mail which you owned. Same thing
can happen with the windows live hotmail, you can forward emails automatically to the windows live hotmail id.

One more solution which i recommend is to use Third party pop3 email clients such as thunderbird or outlook. what they do is
,they can download your all the email of the particular email address whether
it is windows live hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail or any other email address to your
hard disk and then you just need to send all the email to the email account in which you want to manage your email now.

So for moving emails from one mail provider to another to have two solutions.

• Automatically forward your emails from the specific email accounts to the email
  address in which you want to manage.
• Use Pop3 ot IMAP email clients like thunderbird or outlook to download your email from the specific email account to your hard disk.

Those are two solutions which you can use as a part for moving your emails from one mail provider to another.
