I have to travel to other city where i couldn’t be able to log on to my email account, It is possible that i will lose my email account because i have heard some where if we didn’t sign in to our email account for a while then some email provider delete emails and after some time they will delete the specific email address too.

paid email providers give you small amount of quota to save your emails so it is possible on paid email provider that they will not be able to save your emails if the limit of saving emails exceed the given quota.
If you are getting lots of spam emails on your email address then it is possible that email provider delete or block some of the emails of your email account.
