Conclusion On Business Mail - If you have small business running on internet or any place and you used email address for communication then using yahoo mail, hotmail is a bad idea to communicate. Here i am arising some of the points why i think those email provider’s email address are bad for business.

There are lots of debates wheather we have to use free email service for our small business or not. other professional email account can be buy with monthly basis where we can get email address in free with yahoo mail or hotmail. Then why it is a bad idea using it for my small business.

Now My suggestion is don’t use free email service like hotmail or yahoo mail for our business. There are some issue regarding to using free mail service. Here i m trying to arise some of the points why it is such a bad idea to use.

• Suppose you are using hotmail for your business and some those the user of your website or business want to send email to you and they send you at the same time then there is a possibility that your email providetr which is hotmail think that the specific emails are spam and because for this it can’t be delivered to your email address.
• If you want to enable some extra feature on your free email account like hotmail or yahoo mail than if that provide this feature in free than you can use it but if they are not providing the specific feature in free then you can’t get the feature anyway in hotmail or yahoo mail.
• It can make negative impact on your subscriber or user of business that the owner of the business never take serious emails that is why the owner using free email service such as hotmail.
• Your business customer may be think you can’t handle the professional email address that is why you are using hotmail emails.

Those are some of the points which make hotmail or yahoo mail as such a bad idea for using it as your business email address.

One more reason which can think to use professional email address for business is the relavency included like you can make email account in hotmail for support such as support_On_company_name@hotmail.com But when you use professional email address then relavency is very high you can create an email address such as Support@company.com.

This can possibily tells you that it is bad idea to use hotmail, yahoo mail or any other free email provider for your small business.
