How to make a new Windows Live Hotmail account?

• Now select the "Sign Out" Button and signed out from windows live hotmail.
• You will redirected to windows live hotmail homepage.
  
• Here you can see two option in the Right side you get sign in option, and in the left you get sign up option.
• Select sign up option andyou will be able to create a new windows live hotmail account.
• It's totally depend on you what you need as the suffix.
• You can choose one on between hotmail.com or live.com
