Conclusion On Open Email -Lots of email when forwarded from either email program or web based interface ,each and every time when they are forwarded by the email recipients it becomes more difficult for other recipients to open it.

Right now i am using thunderbird and outlook 2007 both to manage my windows live hotmail email and i am also using yahoo mail from web based interface provided by yahoo but whenever i get an email which has been sent to me after fowarding by so many people then i feel some difficulty to open it. Is it possible the i can easily open this email which has been forwarded multiple times as attachments to recipients? I am having this problem on both the email clients thunderbird and outlook 2007, and as well as on yahoo mail.

Yes it is true that everytime when you get those type of email. it is bit difficult to open it, and may be it is also more difficult to open to those email user who will get this email forwarded after your have got this email.

As we know every text contain some size and when email has been forwarded, email address and the other information of the recipients have been inserted on the email. so the size will be more and when it has been downloaded by email recipients, it takes a long time which is a real problem.

• So whenever user forward the email it may be possible that if you are using thunderbird then you can set up the setting whether you need to forward the particular email as an email attachments or as in-line message.
• If you are using web based interface of windows live hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail or any other email provider’s interface then whenever you forward, the email clear the unnecessary part from email message body.
