I have thousand of emails on my computer and it is a very old computer with running an operating sstem linux and windows 2000 there is no USB support and yet i am not been able to transfer my emails to the other computer anyhow because it can’t be able to connect with other computer on LAN.   • After that select the specific file on outlook or if you are using thunderbird then select the folder or all the text file which contain your emails.
  • After selecting those file send those file to write on cd or dvd.

That is how you can easily write all the emails within the file under outlook or thunderbird or any other email program.

Another good process to transfer or send your emails to another computer or location is to make a PDF file of those emails. For this you need a PDF creater which can easily be install and with this PDF creater you can print all the messages of emails either one by one or if your email program support multiple selection of email to print then you can print all your emails to the new PDF file. and then only you need to send the pdf file to the next computer and this can be done easily by writing the pdf file to the cd or you can upload this file to the file hosting website from where you can download the file to the another computer.
