I know there are lots of people facing same problem as i was facing some days ago. Actually i got lots of emails with virus included, what the sender did just chage the extension of the virus file and sent me through Email Attachments that is the common technique senders using now.

And my advice about what to do when you get virus on your emails is to Delete those all emails.
