- First goto “Tools” menu under the main menu of outlook express.
- Now goot the “Options” menu item in outlook express.
- And now select the “Maintenance” tab.
- With Maintenance tab you will navigate to the stored folder location at which you can see all the folders which contain emails and other information of outlook express.
Now Exit from the outlook express and again goto the specific location at which the stored folders is located and save or copy those folders on the other location within the computer and use it as per your requirement.
