Conclusion on Annoying message - Windows mails used in place of outlook express in windows vista and windows 7, It has some variations then outlook express with which you can remove your message easily.

I have some messages which i want to remove from my windows mails, I have 1 message in “inbox” i can’t view every part of this message when ever i open it. 2 message in the “Draft” Those message also not using all the functionality like i want. But the main problem is 1 message which is in the “outbox” because always this particular message of outbox trying to send itself but can’t be able to send and when i am trying to delete or remove the particular message it will not been delete as well, What i can do for this now?

Windows Mail is a update version of outlook express in windows 7 and windows vista. You can manage your emails with windows mail. But sometimes what happen is this when you try to open some message from windows mail it give you some unexpected error while openning the specific email If you are getting the specific error more then one time in the particular one message then it is the error which is related to the email program means windows mail and you need to remove the specific email from your windows mail.

The problem on openning or sending email from windows mail sometimes related with the storage functionality taken by windows mail. Windows mail not use single file file for storing your email messages like outlook express does and because of this firstly you need to go to the folder where windows mail store your emails.

• Go to “Tools” option in windows mail.
• Now select the option “Options” in menu tab.
• Now select the “Advanced” tab.
• After that go to “Maintenance” option.
• And now select the “Store Folder”

This will open an new pop up windows from which you can know the location of the “store folder” go to the specific folder manually. the path of the folder looks like the location on given image.

When you go to the location where windows mail’s all files stored, You can see a folder named “Local Folders” when you navigate to this folder you will get the folder like “Inbox”, “Outbox”, “Sent Items” Etc. Go to the specific folder from which you want to remove the emails which giving you error in windows mail.

When you navigate to the folder then you will see the file similar with extention “.eml” those are the email file which windows mail saved with eml extention. Delete the specific file and close the folder and start your windows mail again.

Now you can see the specific emails have been removed from the windows mail which are responsible for the errors.

If the problem is still remain same then you can choose the other email programs also and for this i suggest you two program.
