Conclusion on Getting Bounce Emails - Sometimes you get bounce email for an email which you don’t even send to any addresses from your domain mail address which doesn’t exist anyway.

I have got a bounce email which i get for am email which i never send to the email addresses, the thing is that those email address doesn’t exist on any of the email provider.

Getting Bounce Emails

There are various ways responsible for the specific email account to send bounce email to the domain name email address and the bounce email to the email account which doesn’t exist on the domain name email address.

There is the main technique used by the spammer to send the spam emails with which spammer use dictionary method at which spammer use the email address to send email which look relevant to the email message. Then spammer search the domain name with which the email message be relevant.

Atmost 80% of randomly generated email address send bounce back email because the problem on randomly generated email is that there is no accurancy on wheather the email account really exist or not.

One good way to use domain email address in that where you need to enable the feature of the getting the delivery report when ever you send email to the recipient of email.

The main problem is this when spammer send emails to the email address which is like “webmaster@domain_name.com”, “no-reply@domain_name.com”, “support@domain_name.com” almost every time they succeeded to send spam email successfully. Because those email address with domain name are very common and the second reason is that those type of email address on domain name can easily be remembered by the user of website.

One possible solution to protect your domain email account from spammers is to use the good spam filters. Those spam filter can be run by any domain email provider. Or you can define the rules if you are using any of the email client such as outlook or outlook express.
