Conclusion on Spam Fighting Technique Against Spammers - There are various techniques available to fight against spam email challenge / response, spam guard, whitelist / blacklist are important techniques used by email user to stop spam email.

There are various techniwues available to fight against spammers like challenge / response, spam guard, whitelist / blacklist but sometime before i have heard about the techniques at which we can block some emails which contain some specific words in the field of subject, email sender address. With that spam fighting technique we also can block those email with which if the pharse or the string of words matches with the message in the body part of email. I don’t remember the name of the tool could you please tell me from where i can get this spam eliminator tool again? and if it is not possible then may i know the name of the specific spam filter tool?

There are lots of people who might be agree with the opion as i write before here but i am sorry i am not agree with even 1% with the opinion as i write before.

Let first talk about some of the advantages with that spamming tool give to the user.

• You will reduce numbers of emails with the specific tool in your mail account.
• You don’t even need any other spam filter tool if you are using the tool where you can block emails with setting up some words on the block email with words option.
• You don’t even need any other service who provide spam blocking with whitelist / blacklist or challenge / response techniques.
• After using the specific tool you don’t even need to contact with the email provider for blocking some emails.

Those are some of the advantages for using the specific tool which can block email with only some words. No doubt it provide great facility to block email address.

But as i said i am not agree with the opinion about that tool, because as this tool have this great feature but there are some drawbacks also included with the tool.

Here are some drawbacks included with the tool who can block or ignore email just with the words.

• As i said on the advantage this tool can reduce the number of email but there is no guaranty about wheather blocked emails are valid emails or spam emails.
• As this tool can block emails with searching specific words in the email, it might be possible that this tool can block lots of important emails also if the word matches with the words to which this tool work to block email.
• There are various techniques available for email user with which they can block spam emails.
• You can use challenge / response techniques with which only the spam email will be deleted.
• You can use whitelist / blacklist technique with which only the emails which your email provider think spam will deleted.
• You can enable your spam guard so if there any spam email then it will transferred automatically to the trash or spam folder in your email account instead of going to the technique at which you can lost lots os important emails.

Those are some of the drawbacks which leads me to not to use the tools from which we can block or ignore emails with matching of some words.
