I owned some email accounts and i am using ever email account of different purpose like if i want to deal on business my email account for business dealing is different from others. Spammers going to target those newsletter providing website at which they can get the email address list at which the website provide facility of newsletter.

There are various ways from which they can get the list of the email address from those websites, spammer regularly monitor the behaviour of website where they can know who exactly website sending emails to their users. And if they found any clue from there they can get the email address of user they try the ways to get the email address.
