Conclusion on unable to get the email I signed up - Spam filter and other tool which are used to protect spam email to come to your email account may stop some emails to come to your mail address may be those emails are related to the service for which you have signed up.
I have signed up with various service with my email address on the other websites, but from sometime i am not been able to view some service provider’s emails on my hotmail account. Can this is possible that hotmail block those email because of the spam emails? I don’t know about those email are spam or not but those email are very important for me. And also tell me is there anyway where i can get those emails back in to my email account.
Unable to get the email I signed up
Now spam email become the problem of for email provider and then when someone subscribe with websites for newsletters or any other service then email providers get same emails to the thousand of emails with same content of message in body. Email provider take eyes on the email which is send by the email sender of website and if number of report as spam complaint exceed to the limit maintained by the email provider then they will block the specific email sender’s email address to sent email on their email account holder. And as a result you will not get any email for service at which you have signed up.
Email provider like gmail, windows live hotmail, yahoo mail also take attention on the behaviour of email user with respect to the email sent by the websites for services and newsletters. If the number unsubscribe to email going to large there after may be you will not get email for the service to which you have signed up.
There may be possibility that email provider can’t be able to deliver the email from the specific email sender because of some technical issues. Like the ip address of the email sender has not been allow the email provider to receive the email on the email recipients because the ip address may be blocked at the loaction where email provider have the web mail server.
Samething can be happen with email recipient’s side also where recipient not been allow to receive the email because the location where recipient lived not allow the email provider to receive the email from the email sender.
Here are some of the solution you can use if you are not been able to get the email from the service provider to which you have signed up.
- Avoid to use “Report as spam” or “This is spam” button to the email occasionally we press the button of “Report as spam” or “This is spam”. Those button give the clue to email provider that the specific email sending you spam email so after pressing the button you might not been able you get email from the service provider to which you have signed up for some particular service.
- Use good anti virus for spam prevention If you are using email client like outlook or thunderbird to manage your email address then you need to use good anti virus so you can get emails without any problem at which you haved signed up.
- Complaint to email provider or ISP email provider Complaint to the customer care of your email provider or ISP email provider about the issue and ask them what is the exact problem because of your not geting email from some email address.
- Look up on the spam or junk folder You can look up on the junk or spam folder for the emails which i hoping to get in the inbox of your email account.
- Update your settings on spam filter or spam guard Update your setting of spam guard or spam filter on your web based email service so you can get emails for those service at wich you have signed up.
- Check the email address on whitelist and blacklist Lots of email provider and spam guard managing the emails with making blacklist and whitelist with email address. If the email sender’s email address is on your blacklist then edit the setting and put it on to the whitelist so you can get email from the particular sender without any problem.
- Add the email sender’s email address on to address bookIf you are getting problem on receiving the emails from the service provider at which you have signed up then you need to add their email addres on to your address book so you can get email from them.
Those are some of the possible solutions which you can use if you are not getting emails from service provider with which you have signed up for.
