Conclusion On Bacwards - I am using outlook as my default email client but i view this backwards P all over most of the time when i am writing any message. What is that word means is it anywhere related to the paragraph tag.
In outlook, outlook express, Microsoft word occassionally you have view backwords P. It is a words which may be related to the paragraph tag which is of html. Is backwards p have any relation with p tag of html? Or it have it’s own property and how i can ovecome this p from my email?

This backwards p tag occurs in every time at the end of the line and used as a paragraph tag for rich text format in outlook, outlook express and as well as in microsoft word too. You can easily use plain text format in those email clients but whenever you want to use rich text the alignment of the text is different from the email which wrote in the plain text. And backwards p tag is one of the example of this rich text alignment.
Now the point has to note that why we need to use rich text then the plain text as i earlier discuss in the section where i wrote about What is the difference between plain text and html text email message? Same thing also come in the mind when we think about plain text and rich text.
Rich text having this backwards p in the alignment and you can easily view it whenever the line ends in outlook, outlook express and microsoft word.
Now If you want to overcone this backwards p tag of outlook rich text format then you have follow certain steps which is given below.
Overcome backwards p in outlook
- Go to “Tools”
- Now select The “Options” Tab.
- In the options tab you can see the tab “Mail Format” select this tab.
- Now select Editor Options Under the Mail format tab it will open an new pop up window.
- Now go to the Advanced tab.
- And Uncheck the checkbox of “Use smart paragraph selection”
- And you are done now this backwards p is not going to visible for you.
That is how you can overcome backwards p on outlook and as well as on outlook express.
