Conclusion On Email To Wrong Account - It is possible with outlook if you are using outlook as your default email client than you will sending a mail with your one account but it will send by an another account.

I have outlook as my default email client for managing my email from my laptop. And on outlook I have more than one account to manage my email address. When i want to send email with my default account on outlook the email will send by an another account, what i can do for this?

That is the problem which I am currently facing on my outlook and really it is very frustrating because I don’t want to show my email address which i own to recipients who don’t have to know my details. I want to send email with my that account on which i have my business email address but it is sending email from the account on which i have my personal email address.

In outlook you can make more than one email account to send emails. I also have more than one account on my outlook. But there are some difference on account.

• There will be an account which called your default account in outlook.
• And this account is responsible for sending email whenever you compose an email.
• If you want to send email from the another account just you have to select the account name which is under the “Accounts” option on the main menu.

Whenever I want to send an email from another account i just select the specific account from the drop dowm menu item of “Accounts” option.

But when I send email regularly one by one while selecting account from “Accounts” option. the email now has been sent by my default account.

That is quite frustrating and the main problem as i said the email address is my personal email address which i don’t want to public. So i follow the given steps which resolve my problem of sending email using wrong account.

Solve sending email using the wrong account problem

• Go to the specific account from which you can’t send emails.
• While again configuring the account it will ask you the password give the password.
• Now in the configuration if “Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail” is selected.
• In place of this select “Use the same settings as my incoming mail server”
• This will solve the problem of wrong account selection while sending email.

That is how you can resolve the issue regarding to the sending email with wrong account.
