Why my new computer is not working

I ordered a new computer recently. I was totally sure for its working. But I got dissappointed when I found it’s not working. I tried to enable it by turning on again after turned-off, checking all connections. I still did not get success tomake it active. What should I do?

Why my new computer is not working

A brand new computer is expected to work properly in an efficient as it has just been out of the box, but by chance if it is not working you should take following steps-

  • Manual view

    You need to go through a reading of manual provided with the machine, as most people don’t do. You might get some idea why your computer is not working by following the steps given in manual for it’s set-up.

  • Overload

    You should not suddenly overload the machine with variety of functions too much to make it busy enough. If you do so, the processor might get warm and fan would start to run. This should not be happened.

  • Windows set-up

    If your computer is not pre-installed with operating system, you should also take care of windows set-up. Sometime it may happen that you miss som e point during the installation of windows and the installation needs to be rebooted in order to proceed.

  • Fully loaded CPU

    If your processor is under-going 100% usage, you need to detect that which process is consuming all the CPU. 100% consumption of CPU might make computer hung nyway.

  • Get help

    youmight take help from your computer shop if required.

It’s not a big deal to enable your new machine to work. Obviously the machine is fresh and new so most surely it doesn’t has any damage or technical problem. Still you need to remember some facts-

  • Keep the boxes and packing material of the computer safe to claim for the replacement of machine if needed.
  • Always get a CD-ROM of the operating system installed in your computer to keep yourself safe from the problem
  • Get help from the computer shop if needed.
  • Try to get the best one as you didn’t pay for being upset and annoyance.
