Steps for Get Access to Hidden themes in windows 7 -

Go To windows Icon on the left And type “C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT” In searchbox.
It will Open a pop Up windows and now You can see some folder on this window named From Prefix – MCT
Open one of those folder and Nevigate to “Theme” folder.
Select the file Which has .theme Extension.

And you are done, you get access more hidden themes in windows 7.
